These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of food, beverages, and associated products from Crazy Chips Derby Ltd(trading as "Crazy Chips"), registered in England and Wales. By submitting an order through our website or at our takeaway counter, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

When you submit an order through our checkout, this constitutes an offer to purchase food from us. A binding sales contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and commence preparation in our kitchen.

• All menu items are subject to real-time ingredient availability.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if items are out of stock, technical errors occur, or store volume limits are exceeded.
• Prices displayed on the website include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and are denominated in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

All menu prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard rate of 20%. Under UK Payment Services Regulations, we apply zero card processing surcharges. We provide two secure checkout options:

All online orders placed directly through crazychips.uk are prepared for customer Collection at our shop:

• Estimated collection times (typically 15–20 minutes) are approximate targets provided in good faith. During high-demand evening hours or bank holidays, preparation times may vary slightly.
• To ensure maximum freshness and food safety standards, collection orders should be collected promptly once marked as READY.
• Hot food will be maintained in temperature-controlled holding units for up to 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. Uncollected orders past this timeframe cannot be re-prepared or refunded due to food hygiene expiration regulations.

• Pre-Preparation Cancellation: Customers may cancel online for an immediate automated refund while the order status remains in NEW status (prior to kitchen confirmation).
• Post-Preparation: Once kitchen preparation has commenced (status PREPARING), cancellation or refund is at the sole discretion of shop management.

6. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing our Allergen Information Guide and declaring any allergies or intolerances prior to ordering. While our kitchen team enforces hygiene segregation, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your mandatory statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which requires food to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described).

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
